Greensburg

This 128-page paperback book is part of the Images of America series that celebrate the history of neighborhoods, towns, and cities across the country.  Utilizing rare photographs, Greensburg concentrates on the city’s evolution past 1900, into the years of boom and growth, and through the 1950s.  Author, P. Louis DeRose, is a life-long resident of Westmoreland County and a member of the Westmoreland County Historical Society.  He is a frequent contributor to local publications and co-creator of a touring slide show about historic Greensburg.
